Welcome to Jadprints. By placing an order, submitting artwork, or requesting a quote through our website or direct communication channels, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Artwork Approval & Proofing

Prior to commercial offset or digital printing, Jadprints provides a digital proof (via WhatsApp or email). It is the customer's responsibility to carefully examine all spelling, phone numbers, addresses, dimensions, and visual elements. Once written approval is received, Jadprints is not responsible for errors that were present and approved in the provided proof.

2. Color Accuracy & CMYK Differences

Monitors display visuals in RGB color light, while commercial presses print with CMYK inks. Slight natural shifts in shade between computer screens and physical paper substrates are inherent to industrial printing.

3. Quotations & Pricing

All price estimates are based on the specific paper stock (GSM), lamination, dimensions, and quantities requested. Any changes to artwork dimensions or finishing specifications after quotation may result in price adjustments.

4. Governing Law

Any disputes arising from printing contracts or services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Palanpur, Banaskantha district, Gujarat, India.
